All the meat we sell is not only hormone and antibiotic free but comes from animals that have been raised in humane living environments. The beef and lamb are primarily grass fed and the turkey is range free.
 
LAMB

Lamb Bones An assortment of carcass bones available in gallon sized freezer bags. 2 to 3.5 lbs per pkg.
Lamb Necks Fat is trimmed and the neck is split. Necks are generally packaged two pieces per package. 2 to 3 lbs per pkg.
Lamb Shanks Two shanks per package 2.5 to 3.5 lbs per pkg.
