All our meat is hormone and antibiotic free, and comes from animals that have been raised in humane living environments. The beef and lamb are primarily grass fed and the turkey is range free.
Ground beef with organ meat: ground muscle meat with 3oz. of organ meat per pound
Your choice of heart, kidney, liver or spleen – 1.5 lb. chub
Beef bones: an assortment of marrow bones – 2 to 3.5 lbs. per pkg.
Beef shanks: 2 inch meaty bones with marrow – 4 to 5 lbs. per pkg.
Beef necks: necks trimmed and split – 4 to 5 lbs. per pkg.
Lamb w/organ meat: ground muscle meat with 3oz. of organ meat per pound

Lamb bones: an assortment of carcass bones available in gallon sized freezer bags – 2 to 3.5 lbs. per pkg.
Lamb necks: fat is trimmed and the neck is split, there are generally two to three pieces per package – 2 to 3.5 lbs. per pkg.
Lamb shanks: two shanks per package – 2.5 to 3.5 lbs. per pkg.
Ground pork w/organ meat: ground muscle meat with 3oz. of organ meat per pound – 1.5 lbs. per pkg.
Pork bones: a variety of carcass bones
Whole rabbit: farm fresh cleaned and dressed, rabbit raised in northern Nevada – 2.5 to 3.5 lbs. each
Ground Turkey: Ground muscle meat – 1 or 5 lb. chub
Turkey Mix – ground muscle meat with ground bone, heart and liver – 5 lb. chub
Turkey Necks: whole turkey necks without skin – 10 or 30 lb. case, smaller bags available.
Turkey Tails: whole turkey tails with skin – 20 lb. case, smaller bags available.
Turkey Wings: whole wings with skin – 30 lb. case
Turkey Backs: whole backs with skin – 30 lb. case
Ground Venison: ground muscle meat – 2 lb. chub
Bone Dust: a combination of lamb and beef bones – By the pound (in freezer bags)
